Datatech Services

Datatech is pleased to provide computing services to it's clients in various ways. To a number we are consider their own personal "computer manager", the person they ask when they have a "computer" question. To others we are the source of all their computing needs from the hardware through the software and subsequent support. Below is a summary of some of the services we provide.

Consultancy

We are happy to provide consultancy services on any computing related field whether you wish to use our company for subsequent solutions or not.

Support

We currently offer a number of support services to our clients ranging from pure telephone support to full online analysis and rectification. We are able to provide support services for Unix operating systems, Windows operating systems 3.11 / 95 / 98 / NT4 and Microsoft Office products. We do of course also provide support for our own products, general on a full access basis.

Networking & Development

We have, and continue to be happy to provide network installation services from initial site survey to installation of the cabling and subsequent set up and user training.

We frequently get involved in bespoke development, both as supplements to our existing products and as "one off" applications. We are able to provide development services for both Unix and Windows based platforms.

Disaster Recovery

Disk crashes used to be the dread of most companies, apart from the loss of data, the time and cost of recovering from backup (assuming you had one!) could be substantial. Datatech are able to offer data recovery from a large number of mediums.
